It’s not a holiday for me!!

Every time I open my laptop, all I can think of is my works
Both Sociology and Psychology coursework ...
And I have art sketchbook to fill, well I think I can do this one anytime

Okay, it’s not hard for me to do alone because I know what to do.
But I sent, lovely, Mr. Ellinson and Ms. Ruf my drafts but they didn’t reply
So I don’t know their feedback or what they think about my works
WTF!!!

I always said to myself, ‘come on Girl! Just do your work!’
The other me said, ‘it’s a holiday!’
The other other me said, ‘your friends in Bradford are not having their holiday yet!’
I’m like, ‘whatever’

I know that I have to do it, or else ...
I know what to do!
And I know how to get a good grade!

However ... it’s just different condition.
There I was alone so all of my spare times I spent it by doing my works,
I’m with my family here, all I can think of each day is, ‘where are we going today?’
Tough!

It’s a cafe, it’s located in Cikini, central Jakarta.
It’s small but cozy,
It looks old but has wi-fi in it,
It’s expensive but worth it,
It’s nice and I love it.



It’s near McDonalds so if we want ice cream we can go to the drive thru =)
It’s near TIM and megaria so if you want to watch movie after that, if you have extra money, you can!

I love the interior,
It looks like Ragusa Italian ice cream, does anyone know?
It looks old but really nice place to hang out, having a meeting, working, or just having a meal and coffee.
It has live music on the weekends, which sadly I never go to T.T ...

I recommend the place,
And I hope anyone other than me likes it as well =)

Not enough time for sleeping, cause we had to go to Bandung to get my mom.
And, of course, visit my extended family there.

Huaaa …. udah lama banget gue gak nulis blog =P … mangap sibuk.

Bener lho sejak sampai di Indonesia tanggal 20 Juni 2008, banyak banget yang harus gue kerjain.
Keluarga, sekolah, temen-temen, dsb. Dan semua gak bisa diselesein dalam sehari aja.

We wanted to kill the time before meeting Raka in Chinatown

We went out quite late

We didn't take tube that day, sightseeing on a bus =D

Well, not really enjoyable cause there was a man who SWORE ALL THE FU***** TIME!

We went to Trafalgar Square and God it was too many people!

There was a demonstration about Iran, painters, dancers, etc

It was soooo cool

We can't go in the museum because it was closed already =( too bad

Raka called and he said he is busy

We were looking for the way to Chinatown which, we believed, is in Piccadilly Circus
Anyway! It is near Leicester square! Arrrghhh ... it was sooo fu***** near!!

We went all around Trafalgar for nothing!

Spent, TOO MUCH, time in HMV

Bought few things AGAIN =P

Then went around Chinatown to buy noodles =D

Woke up late ...

Went around Old Kent Road just to get Travelday card which I didn't realize the same card as yesterday =(

Aaa well, at least I know now =D

Went to Camden and I thought it was wicked!

Better than Aldgate ... well yeah

Bought few things, quite cheap as well

It happened on Tuesday, 27th

I SUPPOSED TO WAKE UP AT 7ISH but you know what?

I didn't =P

Actually I woke up at 4 because of my alarm, then I just turned it off and went back to bed

When I was opened my eyes for the 2nd time, I looked at the clock beside my bed ...

Mmm, what time?? AAAAAAAAAAAAA ...

It's 10 past 8! I am soooo late!

I just did everything as fast as I could, then took my bag and jacket and went out of the room

I just realised, Jackie is not wake up yet

So I knocked on her door and said,

'Aaaa, I'm going now ... '

What a nice student eh??

I didn't have money to pay the bus from Leeds to York

So I get on 645 bus and get off at interchange

X6 ... X6 ... uuu another 8 minutes! I had time then =)

So I went down, drew some money out, and get on X6, and! I arrived in Leeds around 20 past 9

The 843 bus to York was at 9.45 ....... SAVE!!

I arrived in York at 15 to 11, I met Eta, Jj, and Hideo in train station

They looked soooo happy =)

*Aaaaa, Hideo, why are you look like Raka? What the hell ...

Then Yuki came =), then ... Aiko and Joy =) ... what a happy group of friends but not the weather ...

We went to Jorvic, which was soooooo crap and rip-off

*It was not worth it at all! Trust me Guys, don't go there

Then we had lunch/breakfast (only for me) in Bella Italia ... another rip-off

Only Eta and Hideo went into York castle museum

*Let them enjoying their last time together ...

The rest of us just standing in front and freeze to death =P

We just talked rubbish and we fill in the 'memory book' =)

After that, we went to train station to get some dinner

Then just took random pictures =P as usual

Sadly, it's our time to go ... I had to catch the 7.15 bus

But luckily I got the 6.55 one =P

Kisses and hugs to everyone then I left the station with smile on my face

I arrived home at ... 10ish? I forgot

However, it was a nice day =) I am not talking about the awful weather though

I am going to miss you Guys

Summer camp ... best thing that happened to me in 2007

boring ...

First, I wanted to write, 'The most boring day ever'
But I didn't, because I don't know =P

Well, I wasted 3 hours of my life cause doing nothing in school
I supposed to get something from 1 of the teacher but ... God knows what happened =(

So I went to town at 11ish to see Asma at Specsavers
Her vision is worse, O my good old days ...
She said,
'It's because I wear contact lenses too long'
And I said,
'Too right'
And she got a new glasses with cool frame ... I am soooo jealous, not =)

We met Hanna on the way, we asked her to join us but she wanted to go to Leeds with her boyfriend
And we met Usman who just bought a photographic book (or whatever), when we asked him, he said 'Why not'
So Yeyyy!!
And I remembered Anisa, who said that she will go to town with her friend, so I asked her
But she was waaaaay to far, out of reach, can't be bothered of going up to Primark in Kirkgate
So the 'adventure' was only 3 of us

Why did we ask them?
Well, surprise, surprise, that 'midget' rang Asma and ask us about photoshoot
It was a great idea actually, but the weather was not supporting too much =(
Aaa well, the 'midget' joined us, apparently

WE TRIED TO GIVE HIM A HINT
That, 'WE WANT YOUR FRIENDS! NOT YOU!'
But he didn't 'see it coming' even though it was 'in your face'
Such a weird-o

We went to McDonald in Foster Square then in town
'Midget' went to tour thingy across the road while 3 of us talking rubbish in McDonald

Oops, something came up and I had to stop now

I went to school for the first time after a few days laying on bed

After school, me and Asma walked down to town

And he did threw it out of the window, but we ran after that

I don't bring too many stuff inside my bag

1. Cellphone (Samsung E250) + earphone,

which are really important for me, can't live without it cause my parents might call or send text, or my friends, I need my musics in there

Basically, my cellphone is my life

2. Camera (Samsung NV 20),

new as well, woohooo!! 12 MP, can't believe it ...

I can take random pictures with it, unforgettable memories ... anything =)

3. Sunglasses (God knows what),

UV! NOOOOOO!

I also can 'hide' which way am I looking to =P

4. Chewing gum (Extra ... whatever the name is),

it's a must-have-thing for me, well for all people in the world!

Summer for me

I came from tropical country

So hot weather is not bothering me

During autumn and winter, I always moaning about the weather

I can't walk around my house cause it was really cold, I even hardly move

Well it supposed to be a 'sleeping beauty' day for me cause I DON'T HAVE SCHOOL ANYMORE

Don't think of anything stupid though cause Hanna and her boyfriend/fiance came and join us

Something just came out, cause FYI Hanna was totally drunk, so we went to Shisha place

Went to Chinatown at night just to buy noodle (indomie!!!)

Watched a very good, brilliant, top notch, killing musical 'WE WILL ROCK YOU'
Signed in Indonesian embassy and pray there ... huhuhuhu I miss Indonesia ... T.T
Almost missed the train home because I went to Heathrow =P

my half term before London the sequel =P

Well, my half term is over ...
Since Monday but I didn't go to school that day
I'm in London Babe!!!
Wooohooooooooo!!

But first, my-so-called-busy-week was started on Wednesday
Actually, Tuesday evening
When I chatted with my school mate and she asked me 'can you come to .... tomorrow?'
'Yeah, why not, it's holiday anyway'
And I went to see her in some place, I thought we will do something in that particular spot
But I was wrong =P
They 'abducted' me to Leeds!!!
Hyaaaaaaaaaaa ...

However, it was a nice day, I ate sundae for lunch (ohhh Ami!)

And I knew a restaurant which sell Indonesian food =)
I went out at 10 and came back at 5 ... hmm, nice

On the next day, I promised my other friend to watch Bollywood movie with her
Well, I did ... no, we did
The movie is Jodhaa Akbar ... it was brilliant!
Amazing
I thought it will be like a lame movie which always dancing and singing
No it was not ... it was teriffic
Historical, yet romantic =)

We talked, talked, and talked
She asked me if I want to go with her to Lancaster for her interview in UCLAN

On Thursday, I went out at 9 to interchange and met her
I helped her portfolio ... what the hell Man!!! HUGE!!!
We went to Lancaster (Preston) by train and thank God I don't have to pay it =P
It was a tyring day I tell you but at least I can explore UK more ehehehe
Also we took random pictures during that day ... believe me, random

And then I came home at ... 8ish ... ahahahaha ...

I realised that I haven't pack my bag for London tour for Saturday morning
